Design Capabilities :

Market savvy design team in US and India. We not only provide the technical tools to create product designs – from conception to sketch to prototype, we can help you create bags that are not only good looking but within target range to yield best results. We feel integrity is a key component to a long term relationship. Our designs will remain exclusive to you.

Manufacturing :

Factories: Our factories are located in Rajkot, Gujarat State and Nashik, Maharashtra. With 40,000 square feet combined production space and a workforce of 200 plus employees, we can produce 50-80,000 units monthly and about 40FEU’s annually.

Fabrics: We have long term partnerships with some of the largest mills in India and are closely involved in the development process of our cotton fabrics to control weaving and seed content.

We currently offer : 4 oz to 24 oz cotton duck natural and colored ex stock, as well as polycotton and denim fabrics. A new emerging fully recycable low cost material that we have added to our offerings is nonwoven polypropylene material.

India is one of the main organic cotton growers and we do offer organic materials on special request.

Dyeing: All dyeing is done in house and fabrics are inspected based on several parameters to meet US standards: Staining, Bleeding and Rubbing Fastness. Perspiration and Sun Light Fastness testing is available, but will not be done without your special request.

95% of our bag components are manufactured in house.

Sourcing :

India is a surprise and a power that is unfolding more every day. Living and breathing India, we are still surprised by some of the innovative and fun new products that we are finding.

To bring the BEST of India to you, we partner with selected manufacturers to expand our product offerings to you. We have a QC team that will monitor production to assure BEST quality to you at all times.

Decorating :

We start by re-drawing your logo/art to digital EPS vector image.

All decorating is then done to meet and exceed industry standards:
             - Silkscreen – up to 12 colors
             - Embroidery
             - Heat Transfer
             - Deboss
             - Full color process printing
             - Mill dyed multi colored fabrics and patterns
             - Custom woven fabrics

Consolidating :

Our relationships and volume discounts with companies like Federal Express, UPS and APL allow us to offer you the best freight rates from India. We will even consolidate, store, repack and move the cargo for you to your final destination(s).

Import & Custom Regulations :

International Banking :

No International Banking is required on your part to do business with Best Overseas, Inc. We do business locally! Ever tried to do banking with a country where the currency is non-convertible? The book of rules and regulations for such transactions is big. Best Overseas will invoice you from our offices in California.
